• An individual elected or appointed to any office of a county, municipality,
department, agency, board, commission, authority or other governmental body
directly receiving a distribution of revenue under the Gaming Act
• An individual elected or appointed to a department, agency, board, commission
authority, county, municipality or other governmental body with discretionary
power which may influence or affect the outcome of an action or decision; AND
• who is involved in the development of regulation or policy relating to a
licensed entity; OR
• who is involved in other matters under the Gaming Act
• Members of advisory boards or commissions that make recommendations relating
to a licensed facility.
EXECUTIVE LEVEL PUBLIC EMPLOYEES
• Commonwealth Deputy Secretaries
• Governor's Office Executive Staff
Executive Branch Employees:
• substantially involved in licensing or enforcement; AND
• who have discretionary power that may affect or influence the outcome of
a Commonwealth agency's action or decision under the Gaming Act; OR
• who are involved in the development of regulations or policies relating to
a licensed entity
Employees of a county, municipality, department, agency, board, commission,
authority, or other governmental body who have discretionary power that may
affect or influence the outcome of the employer's action or decision relating to the
Gaming Act.
• Employees of a county, municipality, department, agency, board, commission,
authority, or other governmental body who are involved in the development of
law, regulation or policy relating to matters under the Gaming Act.
• The foregoing includes employees with the power to conduct investigations of or
to make arrests for criminal offenses related to the Gaming Act.
