entity of the employee?
21-553 (Collins): Re: Whether the Public Official and Employee

would impose restrictions upon you with regard to
performing work for a civil engineering consulting
company following termination of your employment as
a Senior Project Manager for the Pennsylvania

simultaneously serve in a compensated position as

citations in such position?

you from serving in the position of Zoning Officer for
the Borough of East Stroudsburg, Monroe County,
Pennsylvania, when: (1) you are a former employee
of the engineering firm which serves as the Borough
Engineer; and (2) the engineering firm rents space in
a building that you own in the Borough?

Township, when your husband owns a business that

a three-Member \[GOVERNMENTAL BODY\] has a
conflict of interest with regard to voting on matters
pertaining to a developer’s proposed development,
would the Public Official and Employee Ethics Act
(Ethics Act), 65 Pa.C.S. § 1101 et seq., permit the
Individual to second a motion on a matter pertaining
to the proposed development if one of the two non-
conflicted \[GOVERNMENTAL BODY MEMBERS\]
makes the motion and the other non-conflicted
\[GOVERNMENTAL BODY MEMBER\] declines to
second the motion?
21-562 (Freidman): Re: Does the Public Official and Employee Ethics
Act place any prohibitions or restrictions upon a
Township Supervisor who is a plaintiff in a lawsuit

official?

prohibited from taking action pursuant the Public

an employee of a management entity which manages
charter schools within the City of Philadelphia School
District?

would impose prohibitions or restrictions upon an
individual serving as a \[PUBLIC OFFICIAL\] of a
\[GOVERNMENTAL BODY\] with regard to voting on a
Land Development Plan or other land development
submission(s) involving a developer’s Proposed
Development, where the individual owns property that
the developer would purchase and develop as part of
the Proposed Development.

et seq., from receiving referral fees through an LLC
which is paid by entities serving as a vendor to the
County Employee Retirement System Board, on
which the employee’s supervisor/superior (County
Treasurer) serves as a Member?
21-567: Re: Whether, pursuant to Section 1103(a) of the
Public Official and Employee Ethics Act (Ethics Act),
65 Pa.C.S. § 1103(a), you would have a conflict of
interest in your capacity as the \[PUBLIC POSITION\]
