The nature of the alleged violation(s) is as follows: That you, a Supervisor and Roadmaster of Union Township, 3(a) of the Ethics Act which prohibits a puhlic official's usevofloffiiceeorion confidential information gained from that office to realize financial other than compensation allowed by law when you voted to appoint gain oint township roadmaster. Pp yourself as On May 2, 1986, the Commission issued Order No. 457-R that order we found: 7 -R to Mr. Jack--Gabig. Conclusion: Your act in voting for yourself to a township of the second class, where position of employment in a not in accord with our most recent interpretation oftth e s State u Ethics o .Act s In light of the fact, however, that your actions in this matter predated our Kin Opinion and that there are no other factors which indicate that 9 intentionally attempted to ohtain financial you gain take no further action in this matter. Wendonnotelthatnthe decision we this particular case is a result of the specific factors outlined herein and that such decision could he different under other circumstances.
