RECONSIDERATION ORDER OF COMMISSION
February 17, 1984
No. 255 -R
This refers to the Petition for Reconsideration you presented on January
5, 1984, with respect to the above- captioned Order issued on December 21,
1983, pursuant to 51 Pa. Code 2.38. The State Ethics Commission, having
reviewed same, orders that reconsideration is GRANTED.
The Commission, having granted reconsideration may, pursuant to
regulations, 5. Pa. Code 2.38(c) take any of the following actions:
(1) Order new hearings, pursuant to Section 2.34.
(2) Conduct oral argument to dispose of the matter or to
determine how to proceed further.
(3) Require further investigation as needed.
(4) Take other actions and issue orders necessary to dispose
of the case.
Pursuant to these regulations, the Commission in this case, hereby issues
the attached Order dated February 17, 1984.
Pursuant to State Ethics Commission regulations, 51 Pa. Code 2.38(a),
this Order and this decision granting reconsideration are final and will
immediately be made available as public documents.
