The State Ethics Commission received your letter of
June 22, 1981 and a copy of your 1979 Financial Interest
Statement. You state this was filed on April 14, 1980.
Allegation: That you failed to file a Financial Interest
Statement with Falls Township for your service as Tax Collector
for the year 1979. This statement was due by May 1, 1980.
Conclusion: The Commission accepts the copy of your Financial
Interest Statement which you forwarded with your letter
dated June 22, 1981.
We will forward a copy of your Financial Interest
Statement to the Falls Township Secretary. to be certain they
have a copy on file.
All files in this case will remain confidential.
However, this Order is final and will become available as a
public document within 15 days unless you file documentation
with the Commission which justifies reconsideration and /or
challenges pertinent factual findings made.

Until this 15 -day period has expired, NO ONE, including
the Respondent- addressee, may violate the confidentiality of
these proceedings by releasing, discussing or circulating
this Order. Any person who violates the confidentiality of
a Counuission proceeding is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall
be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned for not more
than one year or both, see 65 P.S. 409(e).
