The State Ethics Commission has received a complaint
regarding you and possible violations of the Ethics Act, Act
170 of 1978. The Commission has completed its investigation
into these allegations and finds no probable cause to believe
that any violation of Act 170 exists.
The individual allegation and finding on which our
conclusion is based is:
Allegation: As an elected Supervisor in
Harmar Township you failed to include all
sources of income of $500 or-more on your
Financial Interest Statement.
Finding: Your Financial Interest State-
ment reveals some 15 different sources of
income. The Commission is unable to
identify any source of income which has
not been properly reported. We have
received no specific information as to
the nature or identity of any source of
income which exceeded $500 and was not
reported.
All files in this case will remain confidential except
that, this Order will be available as a public document.
