Please be assured that the Commission has carefully considered the matter and advises you as follows: You are a former public official and as such, you may not represent a person with or without compensation on any matter before the governmental body with which you were associated for one year after you have left that body. The governmental body with which you were associated as Lieutenant Governor are the following: The Senate and its compon- ent parts, including party caucuses, committees and individual members, the Lieutenant Governor's Office, the Board of Pardons, the Governor's Office and all other departments, agencies, boards and commissions in the Executive Branch.
