Miller Commissioner Bureau of Professional & Occupational Affairs Departmentof State RE: Appointment of Antoni T. Klar to State Board of Cosmetology FACTS: #80 -638 On April 24, 1980 you asked whether Antoni T. Klar's appointment to the State Board of Cosmetology created any conflict of interest.
