discretionary power which may influence or affect the outcome
of an action or decision AND who is involved in the
development of regulation or policty relating to a licensed entity
OR is involved in other matters under the Gaming Law.

EXECUTIVE LEVEL PUBLIC EMPLOYEES
A Deputy Secretary of the Commonwealth. An employee of a
dept., agency, bd., commission, auth., or other governmental
body with discretionary power which may affect or influence the
outcome of the governmental body's decision or action AND
who is involved in the development or regulations or policies
relating to a licensed entity; OR is involved in other matters
under the Gaming Law (including law enforcement)

duties and responsibilities relating to gaming issues or
licensing
Zoning/Codes Enforcement Officer
Sewage Enforcement Officer
Emergency Mgt. Coordinator
