Municipality, or other governmental body with AND
governmental body's decision or action who is
discretionary power which may influence or affect the
involved in the development or regulations or policies
AND
outcome of an action or decision who is OR
relating to a licensed entity; is involved in other
involved in the development of regulation or policy
matters under the Gaming Law (including law
OR
relating to a licensed entity is involved in other enforcement)
matters under the Gaming Law.

have duties and responsibilities relating to gaming
issues or licensing
Auditor
Borough Council Members
Borough Secretary
Borough Secretary /Treasurer/Wage Tax Collector
Elected Mayor
Real EstateTax Collector
Solicitor
Zoning Officer
