AND who is involved in the development of regulation or
policty relating to a licensed entity OR is involved in other
matters under the Gaming Law.

EXECUTIVE LEVEL PUBLIC EMPLOYEES
A Deputy Secretary of the Commonwealth. An employee
of a dept., agency, bd., commission, auth., or other
governmental body with discretionary power which may
affect or influence the outcome of the governmental body's
decision or action AND who is involved in the
development or regulations or policies relating to a
licensed entity; OR is involved in other matters under the
Gaming Law (including law enforcement)
